Fulfillment Policy
1. Refund Policy
All service sales are final. Refunds are only granted under the following circumstances:
- The service was not delivered as agreed upon, and a dispute is raised within 3 days of completion.
- A refund request is approved at our sole discretion due to extenuating circumstances.
- No refunds will be issued for completed services, partially completed work, or change-of-mind requests.
To request a refund, customers must submit a written request to your account manager including details and any supporting evidence. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10-14 business days.
2. Service Delivery Policy
- All services will be scheduled and delivered as agreed upon with the client.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on project scope, client responsiveness, and unforeseen circumstances.
- Clients must provide all required information and materials on time to avoid delays.
- Any delays caused by the client may result in additional charges or rescheduling fees.
We are not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control, including client unresponsiveness, third-party dependencies, or force majeure events.
3. Revisions & Adjustments Policy
- Minor revisions may be included in the service, as specified in the contract.
- Additional revisions or scope changes will be billed separately at our standard rates.
- Requests for revisions must be made within 7 days of service delivery.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made after agreements are authorized of service commencement are non-refundable.
- Subscription-based or retainer services require a 30-day written notice for cancellation. No prorated refunds will be issued.
- If the client fails to participate or provide required information, the service will be considered delivered, and no refunds will be given.
